How it works: book a consultation, complete intake + labs, then obtain a personalized care plan.

Includes comprehensive intake, hormone & wellness lab panel, lab review, and personalized treatment plan.
Monthly membership includes all routine and as-needed follow-up visits, ongoing hormone management, priority messaging through the patient portal, and supplement recommendations.
Labs at 3, 6, and 12 months are included.
Additional labs outside these intervals billed at cost to patient.
Medications may be sent to select compounding or retail pharmacies, billed at cost to patient.
Flexible telehealth or in-person follow-ups available. -
