Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept insurance?
Delia Optimized Care is a self-pay practice. This allows for longer visits, personalized care, and a focus on root causes rather than rushed appointments. You may use insurance for: lab work and medications (when sent to retail pharmacies).
Self-pay discounted lab options are available.

How do I get started?
You can book a consultation directly on our website or request more information through Contact Us. This is the best first step to determine if our services are a good fit for you.
After booking, you’ll receive an intake form to complete before your visit so we can personalize your care.
-
What happens during the initial consultation?
Your visit includes a comprehensive review of symptoms, medical history, prior labs, and goals. When appropriate, additional testing may be recommended to better understand what’s contributing to how you’re feeling.
-
Do you only treat hormone concerns?
No. While hormone optimization is a core focus, we also address thyroid health, metabolic support, and nutrient deficiencies as part of a whole-body approach.
-
What if I've been told my labs are normal?
Many patients come to us after being told their labs are “normal” but still feel unwell. We look beyond isolated numbers and consider symptoms, trends, and overall clinical context.
